1. Agreement to Terms: Welcome to WORSHIP ARTS INC. By using our website, signing up for music or art lessons, registering for events, or making a donation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
2. Ministry and Education Services: We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to worship arts ministry and education. We offer:
Music & Art Education: Private and group lessons (Piano, Drums, Guitar, Vocals, Art).
Ministry Events: Worship nights, prayer meetings, and conferences.
Digital Content: Online teachings, videos, and music.
3. Lesson Policies (For Students & Parents)To ensure a high standard of education, students and parents agree to the following:
Payments: Tuition or lesson fees must be paid in advance by the due date agreed upon during registration.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any lesson cancellation. Missed lessons without notice may still be charged or deducted from your package.
Conduct: Students are expected to be respectful of instructors, equipment, and other students. We reserve the right to terminate lessons for behavioral issues.
Supervision: For students under 18, parents are responsible for drop-off and pick-up times.
Safety: We take great care to provide a safe environment. However, by attending our events or lessons, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.
Release: You agree to release WORSHIP ARTS INC, its staff, contracted workers, and volunteers from liability for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur on our premises or during our events.
5. Donations
Finality: As we are a non-profit organization, all donations are considered final and non-refundable.
Tax-Deductibility: We are a 501(c)(3) organization. You will receive a receipt for your tax records for all eligible donations.
6. Intellectual Property: All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, original music, and teaching materials—is the property of WORSHIP ARTS INC or its content creators.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You are welcome to share our public content (like YouTube videos or blog posts) for personal or ministry use, provided you give proper credit.
7. Code of Conduct: As a Christian ministry, we aim to maintain an environment that honors our values. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone who exhibits behavior that is threatening, harassing, or disruptive to our ministry operations.
